Game Crashed/Save Corrupted

Normally every time I do a shit ton of work in a day and go to sleep my game usually gets stuck on a loading... or saving... and it crashes so I have to do it all over.

Anyway I always give it benefit of the doubt and do a ton of work and crash and lose it all but this time I took a lot of precautions saving as I went along. At one point I save and quit and it all quit as normal, I came back and all the fences and paths I just deleted had come back even though I saved after that.

So then I took down all my fences and harvested all my crops again and this time I did a regular save.

I saved, went in my house. Stood there for a bit, saved again. I went to bed and woke up, walked out my door... Loading... forever. Now when I start my game to load my file it just says Astro Ranch is LOADING some more! Brace yourself. And honestly, the suspense is killing me, because it never finishes.


I've tried restarts and tons of other user side things in an effort to recover this save, so be weary of simplistic suggestions.

Same exact thing is happening to me. I've even tried going to bed earlier thinking it could be a time issue, but it's not. And my clock is at 9:45 pm, so I can't even play the damn game because she falls asleep....& it doesn't let me back in. All I get it a black screen that doesn't go away with continuous loading until the game boots me out. Pissing me off.....fix this please!!!

Mmmm... this looks like a new issue we haven't seen before. I assume it was ok until you upgraded to premium?

Could you both email astroranch@tag-games.com with as much detail as possible regarding your actions that led to this problem. Just bullet point it like this as it will help our devs recreate it easier and faster:

1/ downloaded the free game on [date]
2/ played to rank x, cash y and z days
3/ updated on [date]
4/ clicked on premium upgrade (in menu or oxygen shop)
5/ got premium unlocked
6/ played three days...

etc etc

We have an update ready to upload to Apple tomorrow that fixes the authentication process and makes it far more robust, plus adds new content but I want this issue fixed as well so please email asap

Oh and the shop guy says he closes at 8pm in the beginning, when it's totally 7pm.
