Here is a suggestion

How about renaming the "Customer Service" forum to.... oh I don't know maybe something like "Talk To The Hand" as there seems to be a lot of dissatisfied "Customers" seeking answers to legitimate questions, problems and complaints and getting absolutely no "Service".

It is a simple question but I will ask it again.

When can "We" the "Customers" who either legitimately purchased an unrestricted model of the game before it went to its current Crippleware model and failed to receive the promised free upgrade to the Premium version, or, those that paid for the Premium Upgrade via in app purchase and have not received it, be expect to see some "Service" from Tag-Games to rectify the problems so that "We" can rightfully receive what "We" paid for?

This is beyond frustrating!
